If Microsoft SmartScreen displays a warning after downloading the installer, it is usually because this is a newly released version that has not yet built up sufficient reputation.
This is a common situation for new software releases and is outside of our control. Once enough users have downloaded and used the new version, the warning typically no longer appears.
